Icons

A Fractal Exploration of the East Yorkshire Coast.

Icons was an exhibition specially created by Vienna Forrester for Bridlington Contemporary Gallery.
"It focusses on our fascination with rocks and pebbles, which spans every culture. There is something very calming and uplifting about beachcombing and exploring rockpools. From the distinctive chalk of Flamborough to the imagined sea creatures that inhabit the shallows, Icons is a fractal celebration of our local natural treasures."

'Icons' consisted of a mixture of canvasses, framed originals, limited edition prints and mixed media works. The exhibition ran from Friday May 6th to Sunday June 5th, 2022 at
'Bridlington Contemporary Gallery'
3 West St, Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire. YO15 3DX. England.

"Big thanks to Rebecca, Nigel, Leon and Pam for inviting me to exhibit 'Icons' at the Bridlington Contemporary Gallery, to all the people who took the time to visit and especially to those who took a piece home with them. Without all this support for artists, the world would be a less colourful place."
